This easy Vegan Chocolate Pudding is made up of 5 simple ingredients and is gluten-free, oil-free, and refined sugar-free! 



Optional Toppings:

  • Vegan Whipped Cream
  • Pretzels
  • Vegan Sprinkles
  • Crumbled Vegan Cookies/Brownies
  • Peanut Butter
  • Vegan Chocolate Curls/Shavings


Do prep work:

  1. If you have not already, make the chocolate sauce for this recipe before starting.

Blend & chill:

  1. Add the silken tofu to a large blender or food processor and blend on high for approximately 1 minute or until smooth.
  2. Add the chocolate sauce and blend until fully combined and the mixture is smooth (no small bits of silken tofu). If needed, scrape the sides of the blender/food processor to make sure all chocolate sauce and silken tofu are blended in.
  3. Add the pudding to an airtight container and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving. You can also store this in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month and thaw in the fridge the night before enjoying again.
