- 1 Cup Peanut Butter, Oil-Free & Sugar-Free*
- 1/2 Cup Oat Flour**
- 1/4 Cup Unsalted Dry Roasted Peanuts (Optional)
- 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt or Sea Salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse a few times to combine. Scrape the sides and bottom of the food processor with a spatula in between pulsing to make sure all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Use a spoon to scoop 2 tablespoons of the mixture into your palms and roll into a ball. Repeat until all of the mixture is gone and has been rolled into balls. Store in the fridge or freezer.
Notes
*Peanut Butter Substitute: You can use another type of nut butter as a substitute, such as almond butter or sunflower seed butter.
**Oat Flour: You can make oat flour by blending oats into a fine powder.
