These peanut butter bites make a great, easy, no-bake snack. I like to make a batch of these for the week and then store them in the fridge. You can also roll these in melted chocolate and then leave them in the fridge to harden to create chocolate peanut butter balls.

This recipe can be made a few different ways. The first way is to make these as the recipe suggests by rolling the peanut butter mixture into balls. This is the easiest and quickest way to make these.
Another way to make these is to roll all of the peanut butter mixture between two pieces of parchment paper until the mixture is thin and flat and to stamp out small circles using a small biscuit cutter. You can then dip each peanut butter disk into chocolate and cool until they have hardened. This peanut butter bites recipe is used as the base for my Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups recipe.
Lastly, you can add some additional ingredients depending on how you want to make these. You can choose to add 1/4 cup of unsalted dry roasted peanuts to the food processor when mixing for added texture. You can also sprinkle the chocolate peanut butter balls or chocolate peanut butter cups with flaky sea salt if you decide to dip the mixture in chocolate.
