Here is a basic lemonade recipe for two people that also happens to be refined sugar-free. This recipe contains three ingredients and only takes five minutes to make.

This recipe makes approximately one quart of lemonade. You can store this in the fridge for up to one week.

As mentioned, this recipe is refined sugar-free because it includes maple syrup. If you prefer to use granulated sugar, you can but this recipe would no longer be considered refined sugar-free. You could also use granulated maple sugar for this recipe.

If you don’t already have one, I recommend getting a citrus squeezer for your kitchen. Since I cook a lot, I wash my hands often throughout the day. Because of this, my hands tend to get dry and irritated. I like having a citrus squeezer because I don’t have to rinse my hands again afterwards. I also don’t have to worry about the lemon juice drying my skin out any further since I don’t have to touch it.
If you don’t cook a lot, then I’m sure that long explanation doesn’t mean much to you. However, if you do cook a lot, you can order a citrus squeezer from Amazon. I use mine all the time whether I’m cooking or just sipping on lemon water while I work.
