This super easy Cinnamon Granola requires only 5 ingredients and is ready in less than 25 minutes! This recipe is simple to make and customizable so you’ll never have to use store-bought granola again!


Units Scale
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/3 cup Pecans, Chopped (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Add maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and whisk together.
  3. Add in oats, pecans, and salt and stir to combine.
  4. Add mixture to a baking sheet and spread out evenly.
  5. Bake for 15 – 18 minutes. Allow granola to fully cool before serving or storing.
